Fort Bend Christian Academy (FBCA) is thrilled to announce the Class of 2026 Valedictorian and Salutatorian: Jamison Louie and Jessica Okusaga, respectively.

Jamison Louie has only been at FBCA since her freshman year, but she has made a lasting impact on our school community. She has participated in various on-campus clubs and organizations, including: President of National English Honor Society, President of National Social Studies Honor Society, Vice President of Computer Science National Honor Society, Vice President of National Art Honor Society, Secretary of National Math Honor Society, Liaison of Science National Honor Society, and was in National Spanish Honor Society all 4 years. She also played Varsity Golf all four years of Upper School and was named TAPPS 5A Golf State Champion 3 years in a row.

Along with her state championships, Jamison has also earned many academic and athletic awards: Honors World History Academic Excellence Award, 9th grade; Spanish 3 Academic Excellence Award, 9th grade; Honors Spanish 4 Academic Excellence Award, 10th grade; AP US History Academic Excellence Award, 11th grade; AP Calculus Academic Excellence Award, 11th grade; AP Statistics Academic Excellence Award, 12th grade; Honors Apologetics Academic Excellence Award, 12th grade; VYPE 2023 Golf Player of the Year, 9th grade; AP Scholar with Honor, 10th grade; VYPE 2025 Golf Player of the Year, 11th grade; AP Scholar with Distinction, 11th grade; 2025 CollegeBoard School National Recognition Award, 12th grade; National Merit Honorable Mention 12th grade.

Jamison has defined her time at FBCA as one that has shaped her academically and spiritually. Whether completing rigorous coursework or working alongside classmates in service projects during Eagle Week, she has grown as a student and person. “For much of my academic journey, I viewed success primarily through academic performance. FBCA has helped me understand that true success comes from the person you become through the process of learning, not just the grades you earn,” Jamison said. “FBCA has never failed to challenge me all four years of upper school, and for that I am so grateful. It has taught me how to balance high expectations and focus on meaningful growth as a learner. I’ve also had the opportunity to learn more about Jesus and see how much He really has been working in my life.”

Jamison will attend the United States Naval Academy and major in Cyber Operations. She plans to serve her country as a part of the Intelligence Community and aspires to play golf professionally.
