Middle School Theater Awarded High Honors at PSIA One Act Play Competition
This past weekend, thirteen Middle School theater students participated in the Private Schools Interscholastic Associations (PSIA) One Act Play competition at Fulshear High School. The group brought home a second place win for their performance of "Dark Road." The ensemble also brought home top awards with the Best Crew Award, Best Technician Award, Best Performer Award, All Star Cast Award and an Honorable Mention Award.
"I am very proud of this group and all of their hard work on this production. They were flawless!," Mari Sandvick, Middle School Theater Director said.
"A true triumph for our MS One Act Play at FBCA! Wonderful! Historic game-changer for our MS students that brings this play ‘Dark Road’ experience to the stage," Robert Sanders, FBCA Director of Fine Arts said. "Mrs. Sandvick has skyrocketed the Middle School Theater One Act Play program to a breathtaking and elite level that has our students thriving in theater."
