Three FBCA Athletes Sign to Play Collegiate Athletics - November 2025

Fort Bend Christian Academy (FBCA) proudly celebrated National Signing Day, recognizing the outstanding achievements of three exceptional Upper School student-athletes as they officially committed to competing in collegiate athletics. The event highlighted the hard work, dedication, and faith that have propelled these young athletes to success both on and off the field.

National Signing Day (November 12) is a significant moment for student-athletes across the country as they formally commit to continue their athletic careers at the collegiate level. This day marks the culmination of years of training, competition, and perseverance. It also serves as an opportunity to celebrate the partnerships between athletes, their families, coaches, and schools that make these achievements possible. Jamison Louie, Elijah Savage and Nia Thomas all signed letters of intent to play at the collegiate level.

Jamison Louie - Golf
Jamison Louie signed to continue her illustrious golf career at the United States Naval Academy in the  Patriot League Division I conference. She has been playing golf for ten years, and this is her 4th year playing for FBCA. During her time at FBCA, Jamison has amassed a long list of accolades, including: 2023 & 2025 VYPE Player of the Year; two-time MVP for FBCA; three-time TAPPS District Champ and two-time TAPPS Regional Champ; 2023 TAPPS State Runner-Up; 2024 and 2025 TAPPS State Champion. Outside of FBCA, she was also the 2024 Allstate Sugar Bowl Champion and placed in the top 24 at the National High School Invitational, where she was the 2nd highest placing Texan in the field and the highest placing private school player. Jamison has won over 100 golf tournaments in her golf career so far. Today, she was accompanied by her parents, Jing and Terrance, Coach EJ, Coach Tiffany, and many family and friends to celebrate this momentous occasion. Jamison plans to major in Political Science, and her favorite bible verse is Romans 5:3-4. 

Elijah Savage - Track & Field
Elijah Savage, accompanied by his parents, Nikki and Matthew, and his brothers Abel and Justice, signed to Sam Houston State University, Division 1 Conference USA to participate in Track and Field. Elijah has been running Cross Country and Track & Field for six years, and this is his fourth year at FBCA. Elijah has had an incredible career that includes top awards in multiple events. His accolades include: three-time FBCA Cross Country MVP; six-time USA Track & Field All-American; 2024 1st Team All State Cross Country; 2024 Cross Country District Champ; 2024 Cross Country Academic All State; and 2025 Track & Field Academic All State. He was a part of the team that earned the 5A Track & Field State Championship as well as the 5A Cross Country State Runner-up Individual and State Runner-up Team. Elijah also holds two FBCA records in the 5000 and 3200 meters, and is the first person in school history to run the 5K in under 16 minutes. He plans to major in Marketing while at Sam Houston State, and his favorite bible verse is Proverbs 11:12.

Nia Thomas - Gymnastics 
Nia Thomas, accompanied today by her parents, Dana and Trevear Thomas, signed with the University of California, Berkeley, ACC Division 1, on their gymnastics team. She has been an accomplished gymnast for fourteen years, and she competes with the Houston Gymnastics Center. Nia has earned several awards throughout her career, including: four time Junior Olympic National Team Qualifier; placing 6th All Around, 2nd on Uneven Bars, 4th on Floor, and made Top 10 on Vault and Balance Beam at Junior Olympics State; placing 2nd All Around, 1st on Beam, 3rd on Bars, and made Top 5 on Vault and Floor at Regionals; and placing 13th all around; and made the Top 10 on vault and bars at Nationals. She also set personal records in every individual event this year: vault 9.75, uneven bars 9.65, balance beam 9.625, and floor 9.67. Nia plans to major in Environmental Science or Psychology at the University of California, Berkeley, and her favorite bible verse is Matthew 7:7-8.
