Academics

Middle School

Grades 5-8

The middle school program guides students in grades 5-8 through this important time of growth and maturation into young adults.

The curriculum focuses on building strong character, gaining independence and encouraging students to seek out ways to serve others. Students are supported in a nurturing yet challenging environment.

Mrs. Carroll, Head of Middle School

I believe that a sound family, church and school relationship is essential to a Christian education and these three entities are the foundation for student success. Every classroom environment should be built on respect, trust and a positive relationship.
The traditional academic program offers a rich selection of classes within arts, world languages, technology, creative writing and leadership opportunities. Students participate in weekly chapel and dive deeper into daily Bible classes.

Students may also compete in academic competitions and will travel outside the classroom to extend grade-level topics into hands-on learning.
