Discover FBCA’s Innovative Visual Arts Programs
Visual arts students receive instruction in fundamental techniques and design principles from our dedicated faculty, who excel both as accomplished artists and committed professional educators. The curriculum emphasizes individual growth and self-expression, allowing students to select from a variety of classes, including drawing, painting, printmaking, ceramics, sculpture, glass, photography, graphic design, digital art, AP 2D Design, AP Photography, AP drawing, and AP 3D Design.
For 3D Art, FBCA has an 7,000 square-foot Art Pavilion that helps our artist’s facilitate, envision, and create the idea of forging a new kind of art within “Industrial Design” solutions. The Art Pavilion and Ceramics Studio is a fully- outfitted welding department with a blasting cabinet, Ellis 1800 band saw, table saw, compressor lines, plasma cutting, wood-working stations, pottery wheels, pugmills, Industrial Olympic kilns and a Raku kiln.
