Financial Aid Information for Students in Grades K-12

(Note: Financial Aid is not available for Pre-Kindergarten Students. An application for enrollment must be submitted before an application for Financial Aid will be considered. The maximum amount of financial aid that can be awarded is 50% of annual tuition.  All tuition assistance is awarded based on financial need through our financial aid application process.)

Fort Bend Christian Academy (FBCA) uses FAST Financial Aid for School Tuition to process applications for financial aid. FAST is an online program that works in your computer’s web browser. In order to use FAST, you will need internet access. If you do not have a computer, public libraries have online computers available. Link HERE for the financial aid online application.

The FAST website opens for 2018-2019 Financial Aid Application submissions on January 1, 2018.

Completed and verified applications for the 2018-2019 academic year are due to FAST on or before March 1, 2018. Subsequent applications will be considered depending on the availability of funding.

Remember, your application cannot be considered by FBCA until your supporting financial information and 2017 tax documents are verified by FAST. It is your responsibility to make sure FAST receives and verifies all of your information on or before March 1, 2018. Once all information has been received by FAST, please allow one week for your application to be verified. You may track the status of your application on the FAST website.

Please note the following regarding FBCA’s financial aid application process for 2018-2019:

  • FBCA will only consider 2017 Federal Tax Forms (not prior years)
  • In case of divorced or separated parents/guardians, FBCA considers the assets of both natural parents/guardians, if living, before making any award. Therefore, both parents/guardians must submit all financial aid forms, regardless of custodial arrangements or educational expense agreements. FAST provides separated/divorced families complete confidentiality with regard to individual family reporting.

Required tax documents include:

  • 2017 Federal Tax Forms, including all supporting schedules (if applicable) (ex: Schedule A, B, C, etc.)
  • 2017 W-2 Forms

NOTE: Award decisions are not made by FAST, but by Fort Bend Christian Academy. No information regarding awards will be released to parent applicants by FAST.

Please direct all questions or concerns about the FAST application process directly to FAST. Contact information for FAST:
