Natalie Havins, FBCA sixth grader, has an exciting way to enjoy her favorite subject, geography, through all the traveling opportunities she has because of modeling.
“Natalie is amazing,” Mrs. Payne, sixth grade geography teacher said. “She is a dedicated student. She loves to learn about other countries and prays for the missionaries around the world. She is a joy to have in my class.”

Not only is Natalie dedicated to school, she also is working--and even earning money! Natalie has modeled with Naturally Fit Agency, a fitness company that works with athletic brands such as Nike. She has an upcoming photo shoot in Milan with an agency in Italy and will travel to Paris this summer to work with renowned photographer, Sebastian Smith, for a Calvin Klein shoot. Smith is a 2017 EMMY Nominated Filmographer and international photographer represented by top agencies in NYC and Europe.

“Her education is key in building maturity and confidence,” David Havins, Natalie’s father, said. “She has focus, and she works hard.”

Miss Havins is inspired by models like Tyra Banks and hopes to continue to learn and grow as a model. In addition to modeling, Natalie just made the FBCA middle school cheer team and plans to participate in FBCA theatre next year as she has already performed in multiple community plays.

“My schedule can be a bit hectic, but my friends and family are really supportive,” she said.
