Renie Deanda
Page Hernandez has been named the new Director of Advancement for Fort Bend Christian Academy. Hernandez has worked for many years in higher education with a large portion of that in advancement and development roles, giving her years of hands-on success in education and the advancement realm.

Previously, Hernandez served as the Director of Alumni Relations at Houston Christian (Baptist) University. There she oversaw all Alumni Relations efforts and worked in the university’s advancement department. She was extremely successful in cultivating and growing the HCU’s relationship with alumni, university friends and many potential donors.  She also oversaw an Alumni Relations Advisory Board, managed all events, including Homecoming and more, and assisted with the HCU Annual Fund by developing and hosting an Annual Giving Day.

A Fort Bend County native, Hernandez grew up in this area and attends the Bridge Fellowship, where she serves in the student and college ministry.

Hernandez is a graduate of Houston Christian University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Speech Communications.   In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering and traveling with her husband, Gabriel.

“Page’s wealth of knowledge and experience in areas of fundraising, special events, and alumni relations will be hugely instrumental in our continued efforts to further FBCA as a leader among Christian Schools in the nation,” FBCA Head of School, Joshua Gettys, said.  “Through Page’s leadership in the Office of Advancement, I am confident in our capability to advance FBCA’s legacy of Christian values, academic excellence, diverse co-curricular offerings, outstanding facilities and distinguished faculty.”

“I am so excited to join the FBCA family. I look forward to working with our families and the greater community to continue to make FBCA the premiere school that God has called us to be,” Hernandez said.
